In accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 5174, the merchants and the branches of Akşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry who are registered to the Trade Registry Office are obliged to register with the Chamber.
The implementation of this Law, which is attached to a center, does not carry out industrial activities and commercial activities on its own and stores, which have independent capital and / or independent accounting within the working area of the room where the center is located or in the other room, and / or whose accounting is kept in the center and which do not have independent capital. in terms of branches.
Pursuant to Article 102 of Law No. 5174, those who are registered in the Trade Registry shall not be required for the mastership certificate stipulated in the Vocational Education Law no.
Obligation to Report Status Change
Those who are obliged to register to Chambers pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 5174 are obliged to inform the chamber they are registered within one month after the realization of any changes and registration required in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code.

In accordance with the Chamber Transaction Regulation, which is regulated in accordance with Law No. 5174, members who delete their records from the Trade Registry Office and certify this may request written deletion from the Chamber Registry Service. In this case, the records of the members in the Room are deleted.
Leaving Due to Death (Real Persons)
In accordance with the Law No. 5174 and the Chamber Treatment Regulation issued in accordance with this Law, if the persons who have real person membership registration in the Aksehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry have passed away, the Chamber will apply with the original copy of the probate certificate attached to the petition by the heirs of the person or with a copy approved by the court or notary. By the decision of the Assembly, the registration of Akşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry shall be deleted.
