The Regulation on Amendments to the Price Tag Regulation was published in the Official Gazette dated 19 December 2023 and numbered 32404.

Dear Member;
 
With the Regulation, the first paragraph of Article 8 of the Price Label Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 28/6/2014 and numbered 29044 has been amended as follows:
 
"Depending on the nature of the services and the way they are presented to the consumer, documents, signs, panels and the like regarding tariffs and price lists are placed in front of the entrance door of the workplace where the service is provided, as well as in restaurants, restaurants, cafes, pastry shops and similar workplaces where food and beverage services are provided, and in front of the entrance door of the workplace where the service is provided." hung, mounted or placed on tables in a manner that is easily visible and readable by consumers.”
This Regulation will enter into force on 1/1/2024.
