TOBB tarafından iletilen,Ticaret Bakanlığı'ndan Birliğimize iletilen yazıya istinaden 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve 6585 sayılı Perakende Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında anne sütünün pazarlama ve satışının yasaklanması hususunu içeren 27.05.2025 tarihli ve 2025/1 sayılı Genelge ekte takdim
edilmiştir.
